1. Right of withdrawal
Under EU law, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.
2. Product condition
Returns are accepted only for intact, sealed and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements with the safety seal removed.
3. Procedure
Write to info@antalia-pharma.com with your order number. We will send instructions and a return label within 2 business days.
4. Refund
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method used for the order. Standard shipping costs are included in the refund.
5. Damaged products
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we will replace it or refund it in full at no extra cost.
